Dave was thge lucky person to be chosen under the new randomised selection process and his genre was "Western". To drink we had a very fine bottle of Amarone from Adnams as well as a bottle of Bourbon to provide a link to the Western genre. Unforgiven was a gritty western about a retired gun slinger who reluctantly decides to come out of retirement to chase down a couple of cowboys. The film scored 71% for likability and 58% for originality. There was good discussion surrounding the new scoring system and randomised selection process all of which was ratified with none of the five permanent members using their veto! Jonathan was selected as host for the next meeting (17th Nov) and his genre is SciFi. Robin has volunteered to host the Christmas special on 15 December.
